I began as a sole designer in a web agency — balancing high pace, direct client work, experimentation, and constant context-switching.
That period gave me a clear view of the full production line, the freedom to make independent design decisions, and a strong sense of responsibility for every outcome — from concept to delivery.
B2B platform
Transitioning into a product design team building enterprise-scale tools was a natural step forward.
For the first time, I experienced the strength of a well-structured design process — collaboration, shared ownership, and regular critique. It taught me how collective thinking can elevate clarity and consistency. This was the time when the idea of a Team as a core benefit sparked in my mind.

Over time, this foundation evolved into work on team tools — products closer to everyday collaboration and user interaction in the scope of product development.
For the first time in my design career, I could build experiences for products I actually use on a daily basis, like Chats in chat-centered applications. It’s a rare and rewarding alignment — one I believe every designer should experience at least once.
New product development workflows
Today, I apply this mindset to building tools and experiences at the intersection of human–agent collaboration — where the team remains at the center of collaboration.
